Mama Walks - For Fremont area mamas (San Francisco Bay Area)

Compassion Tree’s Mama Walks are an informal gathering and conversation between women about our journeys through birthing and parenting. They are a time to share everyday challenges and celebrations, connect over birth stories, ask for guidance, be listened to and honored in a safe space, and listen and learn from others. This is an opportunity to become more empowered to make conscious choices, and to become aware of new options on a practical level.

Women are welcome whether they are a parent, pregnant, a future mama yet to conceive, or simply interested in the conversation. The walks are free, and babies and kids are welcome. At Lake Elizabeth in Fremont.
