Dancing for BirthTM Classes
Dancing for BirthTM classes are a fun dance workout for pregnant and postpartum women! Feel great as you learn moves inspired by belly dance, African dance, Latin dance and interpretive movement. You’ll learn how to facilitate more comfortable pregnancy and birth, while building community with other pregnant and postpartum mamas. Postpartum women can wear their baby in a wrap or sling and use the same dance moves to stretch, strengthen, and tone their bodies. No dance experience necessary.
